A new generation of electric chain hoist built on the original design with a stronger cast aluminum cover, improving cooling, an oil sight glass, and a tighter seal of the electrical enclosure supplied with a two tear warranty.

  • Worm gear drive: robust, reliable and the only one to offer controlled load lowering

Calibrated Load Chain

  • High performance welded link chain: GR80, tempered and case-hardened alloy steel for great wear resistance
  • Zinc-plated chain as standard

Safety Brake

  • Electro-mechanical brake retains load even if power is lost
  • Brake holds at least 200% of the hoist's maximum working load
  • Asbestos free

Electric Motor

  • Voltages: 115 V or 230V, 1 phase; 230 V, 460 V, or 575 V, 3 phase available
  • Instantly reversible electronic starter (single phase motors)
  • Insulation: Class F
  • Options: 2 speeds 3Ph motor, thermal relay, acidity/humidity treatment, TENV or TEFC

Control

  • Standard voltage 24 VAC
  • Phase sequence relay supplied as standard on 3 phase hoists
  • Options: 115 VAC, NEMA 4 pendant, emergency stop, CSA certified radio control, tandem hoists operation

Hooks

  • Forged hooks with safety latches
  • Bearing-mounted lower hooks swivel freely over 360 degrees
