William Hackett Grade 10 Lifting Chain is manufactured by our supply chain partner Mckinnon chain in South Africa. The Grade 10 chain is embossed with manufacturer's mark and grade (MA10) and class leading batch code traceability. All sizes for the William Hackett Grade 10 are proof tested at manufacture to 2.5 times the given working load limit and have a range of diameters from 6mm - 32mm. The Hackett Grade 10 chain is suitable for use in a temperature range of -40°C up to 200°C without reduction in working load limit, reductions apply up to 400°C. The chain is blue painted and is used in our Hack10 chain sling system.

William Hackett Grade 10 Lifting Chain is used in chain sling systems. The end link is often fitted into a chain connector or a clevis style hook.
Standards: designed and manufactured in accordance with ASTM A973/A973M.
Product sizes: available in chain sizes from 6mm to 32mm and with working load limits from 1.4 tonnes to 40.0 tonnes.
Temperature: operational temperature range of - 40°C to + 200°C without reduction in working load limit.
Material: alloy steel.
Markings: embossed with manufacturer’s mark, grade, and batch code for material traceability.
Testing: magnaflux crack detected after heat treatment and proof load tested to 2.5 times working load limit.
Safety factor: 4 : 1.
